I always love this time of year. I’m still basking in the (sometimes!) glorious summer weather, enjoying spending time outside, and having lots of quality time with friends and family. But as we move towards September, I am also always so keen to harness that ‘back to school’ energy. I’m ready for a bit more structure and routine, and I love to set myself some meaningful goals to work towards.
And that is what we will be looking to do in my next workshop: Autumn Reset.
We will look back on the summer months and reflect on what has been good and what lessons we’ve learnt. We’ll then look ahead at the autumn months and use this ‘back to school’ energy to explore what success looks like for each of us as individuals (away from the noise of expectation), before setting ourselves meaningful goals that will help us get everything we want out of this season.
