Winter is a season of two halves for me. On the one hand I love it; the festive fun with friends and family is always such a special time. I also really enjoy the transition into a new year by celebrating all that has happened in the last 365 (or in this case, 366) days and setting some meaningful intentions for the year to come.
However, it is also a season that I can find quite overwhelming at times. The short days and the cold, rainy weather can leave me feeling unmotivated, and the pressure of coming out of the blocks at lightning speed to achieve your new year resolutions can feel all too much.
So at the beginning of December I am going to be sitting down to do my usual season reset to think about what I want this winter season to feel like for me, and I’d love you to join me.
We’ll be thinking about what we can do to make this season feel joyful by being purposeful with our time, honouring our energy levels, and putting our wellbeing at the front and centre. We’ll be taking a holistic approach, and not just thinking about what we want from the festive period, but also from the deeper winter months of January and February too.
This workshop is perfect for you if:
You’re keen to take some time to reflect on the highs and the lows of the autumn months, and to take these learnings into winter
You want to be able to make the most of the festive season, in whatever way that looks for you
You want to go into the deeper winter months knowing that you are being proactive with looking after your wellbeing and your energy levels
You want to tap into winter’s magical moments
You’re looking to start 2025 in a slow, purposeful way that honours your humanness, and without getting caught up in the ‘new year, new me’ urgency
This 60 minute workshop is completely free and if you can’t make it live a recording will be sent out afterwards, so be sure to still register for your ticket via the link.
